WisdomTree Invests in Quorus to Expand SMA Offerings

WisdomTree, Inc. has taken a strategic minority stake in Quorus Inc., a technology-driven asset manager specializing in tax-efficient investment solutions. The partnership enables advisors to access WisdomTree's products through separately managed accounts (SMAs) on the Quorus platform, with integrated trading and rebalancing at no additional cost.

Starting this summer, RIAs will gain access to these strategies via the Schwab Managed Account Marketplace®, streamlining account setup and execution. The MOVE underscores WisdomTree's commitment to the burgeoning custom SMA and direct indexing market.

"Tax-efficient SMAs are among the fastest-growing investment vehicles," a WisdomTree spokesperson noted, highlighting the firm's positioning in this competitive space. The investment was finalized in June 2025.
